Happy Hippos Painting

This painting reminds me of when time stood still and we watched this family of hippos frolicking and basking in the water in the Masai Mara during the wildeest migration. The lily leaves were an addition as this seemed to be their happy place and I wanted to share the mood of the scene.

The painting is acrylics and oils on canvas and freight is possible both on and off the frame.
